Life doesn’t always go to plan, does it?

Sometimes we trip over our own feet. Sometimes we spend an entire day with our shirt inside out. Sometimes we attempt to save money with a home haircut or hair dye... and instantly regret it.

Those moments can feel embarrassing at the time, but they’re often the stories we laugh about later.

That’s what That Mary Girl is all about.

This is a place for the stories that don’t make the highlight reel. The moments that keep us humble. The little reminders that none of us have it all together.

I’ll be sharing the funny moments, the awkward moments and the lessons I’ve learned along the way. Every now and then I’ll also share a little about my faith and the hope I’ve found, because that’s part of who I am. If faith has not been your thing, you’re still very welcome here.

My hope is simple.

That you’ll have a laugh.

That you’ll feel encouraged.
